Ingrid is an CIPD qualified HR professional with experience of working with agencies, local authorities and charities over the last 20 years. As an HR generalist she has hands on experience of recruitment and staffing logistics, organisational change, policy development, performance management and employee retention. Ingrid really enjoys working with smaller sized companies and their senior leaders developing integrated HR policies that can have a transformational impact on company culture and employee engagement and retention.
