Victoria is a qualitative insight specialist with a decade of agency-side experience. After graduating with First Class Honours in Marketing and Media Communications and Culture, she fled to the hustle and bustle of the city where she started her career at a top London-based agency. She quickly specialised as a qualitative researcher as her passion for getting under the skin of people’s attitudes and behaviours grew.
Since then, Victoria has worked across sectors delivering actionable insights for global clients such as Netflix, Virgin Atlantic, Nintendo, Selfridges, BT, Beefeater Gin and GSK. The list goes on.
In an ever-evolving digital world, Vic loves complementing traditional research methods with technology – using whatever tech she can get her hands on to get closer to the consumer experience. Getting closer to actual behaviour, both subconscious and conscious, will only get more interesting and immersive. As the world continues to change, as does the way we need to look at it.
