Social Content Creator (Video)

Location: Bath based (onsite 3 days per week)

Contract: Fixed Term, full-time (5 days per week, minimum 12 month contract)

About Dialect

We're an integrated creative agency that creates campaigns, activations and platforms for some of the biggest consumer tech and gaming brands on the planet. Central to that is our award-winning video production team and studio that brings together creatives, producers, editors, animators and designers to concept and deliver video creative from long form documentary to social short-form. Our clients include Logitech, Ubisoft, NVIDIA, ASUS, Steinberg, Yamaha, Red Hat, and Nokia.

About the role

We’re looking for a Social Content Creator (Video) to join our growing creative team. This role will focus on producing high-quality, social-first video content for some of the most exciting brands in gaming and consumer technology. From concept through to delivery, you’ll be hands-on in shaping video campaigns that resonate with audiences, drive engagement, and elevate brand storytelling across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels.

You’ll work closely with producers, strategists, editors, and designers to bring ideas to life, while staying on top of social trends and platform innovations. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes digital culture and has the creative drive to deliver bold, attention-grabbing work.

What’s exciting about the role

This is a chance to create content for some of the world’s leading tech and gaming brands – the type of work that fans engage with, share, and remember. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with formats, styles, and storytelling techniques, and you’ll see your work make an immediate impact on highly engaged communities.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team where ideas flow fast and creativity is valued. No two days will be the same: one week you might be shooting reactive TikTok content, the next developing a polished YouTube campaign. If you’re passionate about gaming, tech and culture – and want to create content that feels as exciting to make as it does to watch – this role is for you.
